The days are getting shorter and the holidays are approaching ... you know what that means: The Pokahchamp is coming. Every year we search for the Champ of Champs in an exciting multi-day event. Besides a fantastic prize pool, there is much more at stake... ultimate 'bragging rights' and eternal fame in our room!
Anyone who wins a live event at Pokahroom Antwerp before December 19, 2024 will be allowed to compete in the Pokahchamp 2024 event.
3.500 € additional prize money
The final table players of the 2024 Pokahchamp event will split an additional 3.500€ in Pokahnights Vouchers, a nice extra from the club. The winner will get 1.000€ on top of the payout, the other top 3 players will get 500€ and the rest of the final table 250€.
100€ for all ITM players
On top of the 3.500€ extra in the prize pool, all players who reach ITM will receive 2 GGPoker PrePaid cards on top of their prize money, each worth 50€. We are already paving the way for Pokah Online in 2025 because then we will also be serving the best poker events online.
Practical Info
playing days
There are two starting days, on December 19 and 20. Be sure to register on either day so we can prepare the room. Day 2 will be played on Saturday, 21 December.
stack and levels
Everyone starts with 75.000 chips. On the starting days, levels of 30 minutes will be played, on Day 2 we go to 40 minutes for maximum playing comfort.
starting time & duration
On the starting days, you can start between 6pm and 11pm. There will be 13 levels played until 1 am. On day 2 we start at 1 pm sharp with all stacks in play. Make sure you are on time!
freeze out
This year, for the last time, the Champ is a freeze-out event. So you have 1 chance to become Champ. Next year you can collect multiple bullets.
