Pokahchamp 2025

Every year we play a final among the club's best players. Until 2024, the first 15 years, everyone who won an event in a year got a ticket to the Champ. Starting in 2025, we will change course and draw the Sportify Poker card for the PokahChamp as well.

The best 150 monthly scores of unique players in the Pokah League will be invited to the Pokahchamp!

How can you qualify for the Pokahchamp?

Anyone participating in a live Pokahnights event can win Event Achievements: there are 4 different ones in total. There are points associated with each achievement.

We sum the points for all players each time at the end of the month. The best 150 scores of unique players get to go to the Pokahchamp. The Pokahchamp season runs from December through November. So the scores from December 2024 still count for this year. Starting this year, you can also win multiple entry invitations. If you have multiple scores in the top 150, you get multiple tickets you can use.

Thus, in an extreme case, 600 tickets could go out the door, meaning that there are 150 unique players in the top 150 with 4 scores each.

What can you win from the Pokahchamp?

The Pokahchamp is an invitational event, open only to players with an invitation. There is a buy-in of €50 per ticket you have won in the ranking and effectively used. In addition to the regular prize money, there is an added prize pool for this years finale:

€3,250 Pokahnights Vouchers for the final table:

  • winner: €1,000 vouchers

  • runner-up: €750 vouchers

  • bronze: €500 vouchers

  • place 4 and 5: €250 vouchers

  • places 6 to 9: €100 vouchers

In addition, all players who win an ITM achievement will also receive a GGPrepaid card worth €100. They will also receive a Special collectable achievement, the Pokahchamp achievement.

Depending on the number of entries, the added prize pool can reach around €7,500 ... a fantastic extra donated by the club for the club's top players. Good luck!

Below we will update the Champ Ranking every month. This way everyone can always see who is eligible to play the Pokahchamp 2025.

ON APRIL 1 THE PRELIMINARY INTERMEDIATE RANKINGS WILL BE ANNOUNCED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PLAYERS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED THEIR DAYS OF POKER ID WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THEIR CHAMP STATUS. SO BE SURE TO CREATE YOUR DAYS OF POKER ID AND LET US KNOW.
