Pokahnights ASBL organizes live and online poker activities in the form of tournaments. No cash games are offered. The buy-in for live poker is limited to a maximum of €50. In addition to poker activities, Pokahnights also offers additional services such as private events, after-work events and team-building activities.

• Admission Criteria: Only persons 18 years and older may participate.

• Membership fee: €15 per year, payable via Bancontact or cash.

• Membership term: Membership is valid for 1 calendar year.

• Rules of Conduct: Members must abide by the house and game rules of Pokahnights. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership (see Article 6).

• The Floor and the Tournament Director (TDA) have full decision-making authority over the conduct of the tournaments. All decisions made by the Pokahnights crew are binding.

• Pokahnights welcomes participants of all backgrounds and beliefs. Respect and equality are paramount at the poker tables.

• Violations of the rules, such as cheating or other inappropriate behavior, will result in a minimum exclusion of 6 months.

• Any form of physical violence will result in permanent exclusion from all Pokahnights rooms.

• Camera surveillance is used to ensure fairness of events.

• Qualifiers:

  • Qualifying events do not offer cash prizes, but tickets worth more than €50.

  • Tickets are valid only for the designated final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  • Unused tickets expire after the corresponding final.

• Selfdeal:

  • Participants deal the cards themselves during low-stakes poker tournaments.

  • In case of disputes or problems, the Floor and camera surveillance are monitored.

• Pokahnights VZW is not responsible for:

  • Personal accidents during events.

  • Theft of personal property.

• Participants participate in events at their own risk.

• Damage caused by a participant to Pokahnights property or the venue will be recovered from the guilty party.

• Pokahnights strives to be as cashless as possible to ensure security.

• Payments for memberships and registration fees are preferably made via Bancontact.

Complaints or comments can be submitted through the website's contact page: www.pokahnights.com/contact. Pokahnights strives to address complaints within a reasonable period of time.

Pokahnights reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will be published on the website.

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.

These terms and conditions are effective from December 1, 2024. By participating in the activities of Pokahnights VZW, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions.
